Belleville Economic Development is a proud partner of Work in Quinte, a regional jobs website managed by the Bay of Quinte Regional Marketing Board on behalf of the communities of Belleville, Brighton, The Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte, Napanee and Quinte West.
Work in Quinte is a free job board and employment marketing platform designed to connect local employers with qualified talent across the region. Employers can post and manage job opportunities using an integrated applicant tracking system, while job seekers can search and apply for real, local positions with trusted employers.
Job seekers also have the option to upload their resume, allowing employers to find and connect with qualified candidates more easily.

In addition to the online platform, the City of Belleville supports workforce development through the Work in Quinte Career Fair, co-hosted twice annually in partnership with the City of Quinte West.
The Work in Quinte Career Fair brings together employers from a wide range of sectors and local job seekers looking for meaningful employment. This in-person event creates direct connections between businesses and talent, helping employers recruit while giving job seekers the chance to explore local career pathways.
For those who are new to career fairs or need extra support, Career Connect is offered on-site. Career Connect provides access to employment supports, career guidance and information on training and skills development opportunities—helping participants prepare for employment and confidently take their next steps.
