Tourism & Destination Development
Creating a year-round destination where community, culture, and commerce meet — from waterfront revitalization to major festivals and tourism business support.
Business Retention & Expansion (BR+E)
Supporting local businesses at every stage—through site visits, funding support, workforce development, and connections to resources.
Entrepreneurship & Small Business Support
Partnering with Trenval, the Small Business Centre, and other organizations to guide startups and small businesses with mentorship, planning, and access to capital.
